I planted a row of wh...I have raised beds for veg. I planted a row of what I thought were dwarf beans but to my surprise I have a very healthy crop of American black nightshade. Idendified on the web, without doubt. Tasted (licked) one black berry, soft and sweet but am hesitant to try anymore. Have no idea where this plant has come from, but I have a row of them.
